Dr. Ashwini Shenoy Niranjan completed her medical education from J.N.Medical College, Belgaum and her DNB in Ophthalmology and a fellowship in Glaucoma from Prabha Eye Clinic, Bangalore in 2009. She went on to do an observership in Glaucoma department at Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia in 2011. She has worked as a Glaucoma consultant in Narayana Nethralaya from 2011 to 2020. She has presented papers and posters at several state, national and international conferences and won awards at state and national level for her presentations. She is passionate about treating Glaucoma in the elderly and preserving their quality of vision. In her free time, she enjoys reading and baking.
